Since we are going to be so strict on foreign investment in our industires we could have alot of failing industries do to foreign investors pulling their money out and no new investments. This bill could ensure employment for our citizens, taxes and national security.

MessageThis is unwise and unaffordable. A failed industry is failing for a reason. Giving them money merely lets them fail with more money. At that point, why not just have government run the business?
