As I have said, we should slowly ease our way towards this direction rather than jumping head-first into it which, during the process, will strip the majority of the populace of mobility and their rights of driving whichever vehicle is cheapest for them AND, metaphorically speaking, rape our economy. |

The bill specifically says that the policy will now be: "Private cars are allowed, but people are encouraged to travel collective and tax incentives are provided for cars using environmentally friendly fuels." All it is is an encouragement to go green in the form of tax incentives. |
