| YOUR IMPERIAL MAJESTIES - We, the Imperial Diet of Hulstria and Gao-Soto, assembled at Kien, beg of Your Imperial Majesties to confer the following honours upon your loyal servants: - Hubert, Graf Michels von Bad Phönixspring, to be knighted as Knight Commander in the Order of the Twin Phoenixes for services during the Second September Revolution and in the Office of Governor-General; - Feldmarschall Viktor Gubler, to be ennobled as Vizegraf Kleinemann-Gubler zu Heuboden, and to be knighted as Knight Commander in the Order of the Twin Phoenixes for his heroic and selfless service in the Reichsbürgerwehr during the Second September Revolution; - Yoshiro Shimano, to be ennobled for life as Shimano-no-Danshaku for his able service as Staatsminister; - Seodoru Fukuyama-no-Shinshaku, to be knighted as Knight in the Order of the Twinn Phoenixes for his service during the Second September Revolution; - Theophilus, Freiherr von Geraniengau, to be granted the new title of Vizegraf von Geraniengau zu Hortensiengau, and knighted in the Hausorden of Rothingren-Traugott-Okatori, for his services to the House of Rothingren-Traugott-Okatori and his brave double role during the Second September Revolution; - Jörg Glücksmann, to be knighted as Knight in the Order of the Twin Phoenixes for his services during the Second September Revolution; - Gordian Kaimann, alias "Nachtadler", to be knighted as a Knight in the Order of the Twin Phoenixes for his heroic assistance to downed RBW airmen during Operation Amatubime |
