Message	We once again have an incredibly large budget surplus of about KRB 153,000,000,000. Repeateding our belief that our nation not a for-profit industry, we propose these spending increases to enhance our ability to provide quality education and healthcare to our citizens, protect the environment, and fund diplomatic programs.
