| Message | Mr Speaker, We believe that each party should be allowed to collect donations from its members. When a member has donated directly to a party, they feel as though they are making a difference and helping the cause. Also, taxpayers should not be on the hook for all of the expenses of a political party. Each party should have to earn the money that they have to work with by growing their membership and collecting more donations.
