Description[?]:
Dearest Members of the National Assembly, I, Wei Fang, present to this legislature a charter to begin off-shore drilling for crude oil some 50 miles off the coast of the Min Province. I am a moderately successful businessman, but my local chain of laundromats has been struggling in recent years, so I have chosen to sell all my assets and buy up a local oil company in the aforementioned Min Province named Indralan National Petroleum. But few times has off-shore drilling been done. Most of Indrala's crude oil comes from the land, but I likely theorize that more lies beneath the waves. And so I ask for the National Assembly to approve this charter, so that my company may begin drilling. Fang Wei, Chairman of the Freedom Party and CEO of Indralan National Petroleum |
