| The Wind of Change propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Free State of Malivia. This budget has the aim of setting up or ,at least, promoting a circular economy; there is an increase in the budget of science and technology so that wee can research better materials in order to give our products more durability, an increase in environment issues so that we can promote recycling and build recycling centers, an increase in the trade and industry spending in order to educate bussinessmen , workers and companies in this new form of production and help companies taking the first step. There would be a decrease in the food and agriculture department budget due to the improvement in the exploitation of our natural resources and agricultural production, a decrease in military spending due to the lack of conflicts and minor budgetary cuts in other areas. |
