Description[?]:
Mr. President, We have a national duty to our citizens: provide them with a safe, secure and peacefull environment in which they can accomplish their own goals and dreams. However, it has come to our attention that the national law gives citizens the right to bear firearms. We oppose this, since we can not be 100% sure that firearms owned by citizens don't fall into the wrong hands. Just look at the school killings in the USA, terrorist theats and escalated tensions in families with a divorce. We propose banning firearms for citzens, for their own protection! |

Old value:: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
