| Message | Mr Speaker, This may come as a surprise to some, but the entire Royalist Party, including the Conservative Caucus, very much supports the legalization of recreational cannabis. However, this bill does absolutely nothing to regulate it and ensure it stays out of the hands of our children. We will be tabling a new bill soon which will also seek to legalize recreational cannabis, but it will outline all regulations.
