Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 4454

Description[?]:

OOC: This bill is likely to be formed as a result of my city/administrative name changes.

We, the Baltusians for Change wish for greater activism within our nation. We wish for Baltusia to be a democracy once more. And so, we propose these legislative reforms.

Article I—

Two legislatures will be created, the House of Representatives and the Senate, with the House consisting of 435 members and the Senate consisting of 100. Members within the house will be referred to as Representatives, or shortened to as Rep. Members of the Senate will be referred to as Senators.

Article II—

There shall be a building in which both legislative chambers reside, and it shall be referred to as Congress. It will be bicameral, hence their locations in different sides of the building.

Article III—

There shall be leaders and deputy leaders of both these chambers, included, but not limited to:

-The President of the Senate, who is also the Vice President.
-The Speaker of the House of Representatives.
-The President pro tempore of the Senate.

Article IV—

Etiquette of both these chambers is as follows:

If one is to address their concern on a piece of legislature, one must preface it with Mr./Madam Speaker, in referring to the Speaker of the House.

If it is with the President of the Senate, it must be prefaced with Mr./Madam President. The same style can be used for the President pro tempore of the Senate.

MessageWe are against the bill. It's a huge copy of the United States of America. We shall not transform our country into an other country which uses its legislative method.
