| (This bill was proposed by the leader of the NPP Maxwell Bokota) Recreational Cannabis is already legal on the national level so why should it be up to local governement to decide whether or not it should be legal to use it for medical purpose? Medecine in Roccato isn't different from medecine in Falristan, let's make the system simplier by having one single regulation for medical cannabis in the entire country. Provision; Article 1) The use of Cannabis for medical purposes shall now be legal everywhere in Hutori. Article 2) It shall be up to the ministry of Health and Social Services to regulated the use of Cannabis in medical procedure. |
