| This Act's purpose is to establish state-run defence contractors, that will operate alongside existing private contractors ARTICLES: I. There will be a new state run defence development agency known as Defence Research and Development Hutori (DRDH), that will be operated under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defence II. The Minister of Defence shall act as head of the agency, providing government oversight. III. The DRDH will focus on studying new technologies that will help to grow our military capabilities. It will also collaborate with private and state-run contractors within Hutori and across Terra. |
