With this bill, all the prerogative previously attributed to the Prime Minister, also called President of the Council of Ministers, and reported in the following constitutional laws: -http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=495603 -http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=543452 are now attributed to the Head of the State as both Head of State and Head of Government of the new Presidential Regime of the Istalian Republic (introduced in 4555 with Constitutional Law: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=597651). Also the prerogative previously attributed to the Senate of the Republic, and reported in the following constitutional laws: -http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=513941 -http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=577793 -http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=580617 are now attributed to the National Congress of the Istalian Republic. This is a Constitutional Law and to pass needs that 2/3th of the Parliament vote in favor. It can be revoked through simple but absolute majority of the parliament. |
