Voting deadline: September 4629
Description[?]:
We suggest cancellation of ODEN due to following reasons mentioned below Article ii point e ODEN-Kalistan will be completely subsidized by the Socialist Party of Kalistan, but shall be independent from the Party. The Socialist Party of Kalistan shall retain no official authority over the activities of ODEN-Kalistan. Informal discussion and consultation is expressly permitted between the two entities, as requested Why this point is highlighted 1. The above mentioned party is inactive &It is major financial backer of ODEN 2. Law is outdated 2. Article II point f) ODEN-Kalistan will export with the aim of "dumping" Kalistani drugs on world markets, and will explicitly ignore international norms of free trade, except where explicitly forbidden to do so by Treaty to which Kalistan is a Party. ODEN-Kalistan will ignore local drug prohibition where it exists, except where explicitly forbidden to do so by Treaty to which Kalistan is a Party Reason tobjections 1 It is Monopoly behavior. 2 It is against domestic.ecomomy 3 It will harm local economy. 4 It is bad economically for that country. 5. Products quality will be affected by mass production. 6 it is against all rules in agreement s of treaty signed by kalistan 7 little or no rectifiers to this treaty Solution Draft a new treaty. |

Date | 17:09:47, September 03, 2019 CET | From | United Kalistani Worker’s Front | To | Debating the ODEN Cancellation |
Message | Absolutely not. ODEN is a critical part of the Kalistani way of life and a cornerstone of our economy. |
Date | 17:32:49, September 04, 2019 CET | From | National Conservative Party | To | Debating the ODEN Cancellation |
Message | The passage of this bill must immediately accompanied by the passage of a revised ODEN Charter. We agree with the LPK's sentiments regarding Article II, Point E, but the KIRP musters reasonable arguments against withdrawal, a large chunk of our economy is dependent upon the drug sector. The NCP offers to draw up a draft of a possible new treaty in due time. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
