Elections are held with General Elections.

Each Duchy has a 100 Seat "Duchy Diet" (OOC: same composition as regional results fo elections)

Largest Party in each Duchy gains the Governorship of the Duchy

Parties may form coalitions to rule each state and may have different ones in each state.

Parties that dissolve are assumed to be "Independents" or "neutral".

Message	Well, we could make it every 5 years without a possibility for early election. If there are more than 1 election between the 5 years, the mean result of the elections is calculated. Example: If there is are legislative elections in 4631 and 4634, then the election result for 4635 would be the mean of the two elections.
