| Following the attempts by liberals, socialists, metzists and even conservatives to overthrow the Empire and replace it with a presidential Republic, a new party named "Three weeks to save the Empire" created by far-right activists, monarchists, segregationists, former WR members and ultra-conservative clerics quickly rose to prominence, gaining more than 500 000 members a few weeks before the election. The party was the only one campaigning for the continuation of the monarchy and against the liberal reforms like gay marriage. Historically strong in this country, the monarchists and the far-right were left without a formal, large political party following the dissolution of the White Rose. This big tent far-right organisation managed to receive the support of all Luthorians in favor of the monarchy, facing a divided political opposition. If the ban on the White Rose is lifted for the next elections, this could be a great challenge to the ruling party. |
