To Reform the Administrative Laws of the Union.

Section 1: The Head of State and Head of Government are the same person.
Section 2: The new national flag is: http://img45.imageshack.us/img45/89/flagsized8jx.png.
Section 3: The title of Head of Government is now El Jefe.
Section 4: The title of Head of State is now El President.
Section 5: All citizens are issued identification cards, but are not required to carry them.
Section 6: The legislature is now known as the Congreso Nacional.
Section 7: Only those born in the country or to nationals are nationals.
Section 8: The national animal is the Puma.
Section 9: The national motto is Viva la Unin.
Section 10: The national sport is Futbol.
Section 11: The number of Congressmen is set at 310.
Section 12: Withdrawal from International Treaty to Ensure Free Speech of Nations and Citizens due to constraint on sovereignty.
