| Mr Speaker, The government is stepping in providing health services of standard & quality which will be affordable & accessible to all Luthorians.Since decades Luthorians are demanding better health care & they not be left at the mercy of private sector providing services at their own terms.The government will now establish a regulated health framework with both public & private hospitals, clinics & medical establishments to follow it.We urge the Diet to pass the bill in a expedited manner.
