RP Law that will be enforced by players. Given the previous abuse of power by the Regime, and given our promise to prevent it's reoccurring. Be it enacted by the National Senate that: Upon the dissolution of any Party or sum of Parties in the National Senate, with seats amounting to or summing to 10% of the Total Seats in the National Senate; that the Speaker of the National Senate propose a motion to dissolve the National Senate and hold early elections to return to the People of Hutori the ability to re-assign thier mandates. The motion proposed by the Speaker shall be approved by all parties in the Senate. This Bill requires the approval of 2/3rds of the Senate to become ratified into law |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This Bill ensures that at any given time, the National Senate shall always represent at least the mandate of 90% of the Population of Hutori, and will prevent inflated super-majority that occur when such dissolve. We hope all parties agree to this bill which would prevent the return of the Regime, or anything similar.
