- The highest-polling coalition or party should only receive 11 seats instead of the usual 31.
- The threshold should be lowered from 5% to 2%.
- The Minister-President should be allowed to trigger early elections for their duchy.
- A cabinet for each duchy should be appointed by the coalition or party that holds a majority, to take charge of devolved affairs.

MessageWe are against these changes for these reasons:
1. We can't already form coalitions with 31 seats boosts, so why change it to 11?
2. We have no treshold for the House of Commons, so a 5% treshold looks appropriate
3. No, because it takes time to make ducal election results. And since the results of the ducal elections are based on the national results, it would sometimes be impossible.
4. That was already the case.
