| Mr. Speaker, Before you lies a great ambitious new budget and tax proposal. This bill will aim to revitalise our economy, stimulate innovation, resourcefulness and help start-ups grow. Because our economy, our government debt are still in trouble. To get out of it we had to cut spending for a few years. But that cannot be the only measure. We must work with the private sector to get Luthori working! We will cut the income taxes to help put more money in people’s pocket, in return we ask for higher levels of VAT-taxes, which is fair because now people pay taxes less over their income but more over goods and services they buy. That way we stimulate our economy and help finance our coffers. We will also add a small extra corporation tax to help pay for the subsidies we give to starting companies and struggling companies. This way our private sector will show solidarity with each other. Everyone will benefit. As everyone can see we will change the budget radically: - We will invest in education and culture to help get the bright minds of tomorrow started, to help train the future entrepreneurs and creative minds that can help our economy grow. A competitive market needs well educated people. We will work with local governments in implementing better education, bring a good link between schools and businesses and stimulate internships. - We will invest more in science and technology. To innovate our nation we need to strengthen our technological position. That means that we must modernise our army, innovate our private sector and help reduce healthcare costs with new methods of taking care of the sick, wounded and old. This cannot happen without grands for innovation. Our government will work towards a stronger and solid position of Luthori where it comes to technology. - Trade and Industry is important. This government does belief the private sector must stand on its own feet. But how can it do so if its not strong or competitive. We will help companies become this. Give them lucrative deals with the government, help them oversees and develop a strong economy inland so that no one need rely too much on the state. With these plans our surplus will be around 3 billion annually. Meaning we will pay back around 12 billion during our term of the debt. We choose to invest more in our economy than paying back our debt. But we will showcase to those who buy government bonds that we always pay our dues! Adam Horseiron Chancellor |
