| Mr. Speaker, As we have seen with the chaos that has been caused by the continuance of giving rights to irresponsible local governments, now is the time to act and change the laws of this land. We must protect private ownership and allow public housing to exist for the low income. |

However, we believe the state should also own public housing and provide decent housing to the people.
