Legislation pushed by labour activist that seeks to expand the current, voluntary, pension system into a compulsory system that would be funded by a small, nominal payroll tax. Article 1.) Creation of the HSSA I. This bill would create the Hutorian Social Security Administration, hereby to be referred to as the HSSA henceforth. II. The HSSA will oversee the transition of the public pension fund from a voluntary to compulsory system. III. Effective 6 months after the passage of this legislation, All eligible Hutorians will be required to contribute a payroll tax of 4.5%. Article 1a.) Role of private sector I. Private pensions will still be permitted to operate under this legislation but will fall under the regulatory authority of the HSSA. |

Message | Mr. Speaker The only modification we would push for on this Bill is Amending the language from Hutorian Social Security Administration and HSSA to the traditional Hutorian Pension Program and the HPP. This is language that when looked for by the public servants when they physically set up and administer the program. Beyond that we are more then willing to support this legislation.
