Message | Mr Speaker, The Liberal Party have shown how weak they truly are. They were in coalition with us during the previous term, voted to liberalise substantial sections of the economy. Now in pursuit of no real personal gain, beyond the ministry of foreign affairs and simply to remain in a weak and divided government, they have went to bed with the socialists, whose policies are so ideologically different from those of their own. This so-called Liberal Party have now become the mercenary party, mad-dogs of the political scene. Its no wonder their gains were only marginal in this election. I am not shocked or perplexed at this development at all. I told the Prime Minister, entering a coalition with these rogues is a bad idea. For the good of the realm, I sincerely hope move this pays off. If not then God help us all. Anna Pawcett Leader of the Opposition Leader of the Conservative Party of Hutori. |
