Message | Madam Speaker, given our government is secular, has been for quite some time and is now even more so, given we have become a Federal Republic, I honestly see no objection to foreign missionaries being granted an opportunity to visit this land. As the current legislation stands, foreign priests and others, who aren't necessarily here on a holy mission of some sort are routinely banned from entering our country.
