The government went too far and started to infringe upon democratic principles and political liberties; it is time to force the government to immediately stop their far-right anti-democratic policies by passing resolutions, motions, legislations; but even these proves ineffective, then it is time for early election and impeachment.

Preston Griffin and his party Reform Party constantly and baselessly advocates the policies of their coalition partner and ignore the fact that the political liberties are infringed upon under the cloak of stability and security; we call Preston Griffin to take off the pink glasses and put on the transparent glasses.

The "glasses" that is referred here is the perspective rather than real glasses.

MessageMr. Speaker,

This resolution was proposed to restore democratic principles and establish a genuine liberal democracy; the government-organized attacks on republican and syndicalist organizations also attacks on democracy.

That is why PLP opposes the attacks: they additionally attack democratic principles like freedom of assembly and freedom of expression.

MessageMr Speaker,

So, again, instead of caring about the real problems of this country, they want to take care of unimportant problems, which may be one of the reasons why the Constitutional Democratic Union won seats instead of lose in the last election. I always wondered, how is it possible to be so stubborn, the worst, it comes from a political party. The state of emergency and the enforcement of martial law have always been a prerogative of the government and the surveillance of individuals or organizations that are determined to be dangerous to the stability of the state, is not illegal and it is not within the purview of Parliament to interfere in it, in the separation of powers, there cannot be a branch that interferes too much in the affairs of another branch, the executive branch knows what it does and does not need a few people from Parliament to come and dictate to it what to do, otherwise it will backfire on Parliament when they see that they have started proceedings to destroy the separation of powers which is vital to a democracy. This is bizarre when we know that those who voted on this law are the same people who claim to be "democrats"

MessageMr. Speaker,

I would like to respond to the allegations of CDU:

The executive branch; while still being an important branch, has limited powers compared to legislature and judiciary in a working democracy. That is because if a person who plans to become a dictator wins the elections, the system should not allow that person to become a dictator; that is why executive powers should be limited and the some of the current powers should be delegated to legislature and judiciary.

That is also why we should ensure that legislative elections are fair and judicial appoitments are non-political; more seats in the legislature means more ideologies and more people to represent; therefore, more accountable government and more democratic system.

The problem that you see as unimportant are a threat to democracy, the attacks on republican and syndicalist organizations are a problem that should be urgently solved; if not solved, they will create further problems, that problems will create even more problems and will go like that until it causes extreme problems like coups or civil war and these extreme problems will cause Luthori to break apart or experience a societal collapse...

MessageMr. Speaker,

I would like to mention also another aspect of the topic:

First, in a working democracy; state of emergency and martial law is not prerogative of any single branch, requires approval of the all branches then it can become binding.

Second, the attacks on republican and syndicalist organizations were illegally authorized without any court warrant or parliamentary resolution and this is an obstruction of both democratic processes and justice; this is obviously illegal and should be stopped immediately; otherwise we will propose impeachment and will bring this to the high court; if even this proves ineffective, then we will bring these to international organizations.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.

Their character, their habits, their appetites undergo a complete transformation when torn from their soil in field and forest. With human nature caged in a narrow space, whipped daily into submission, how can we speak of its potentialities?" - Emma Goldman
