Whilst we respect our government colleagues and the initiative they have shown, we will be outright rejecting this bill on the basis that its not the government's responsibility to make society more wealthy, but the courage, conviction and the desire for change of the members themselves. Let them decide for more clubs, whether they want to buy tobacco products and what not, let them decide whether those products consumed.

We would, however, consider, article 1.

MessageThe united Front agrees with amendments on Article 1 and 3.We however would like to inquire if the proposed amendment of article 2 alters the budget as we have gone through it and it appears that Hutori's expenses are more than its revenue.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
