We believe there is a real chance at forming a government here. These are our proposals for a future government. Also, since the Course of Freedom would be the largest party of the government, we would receive the PM position. ECONOMY: -Increase Health budget by one million to hire more medical staff and enhance emergency response: SOCIAL ISSUES: -Sex reassignment surgery is legal but regulated. -Abortion is allowed during the first trimester. -The government provides funding for abortions. -Pornography depicting consenting adults is legal for adults. -The production of pornography is legal, but regulated. -Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession. -National Anti-discrimination law for LGBTQ+ people -IVF is legal and regulated in terms of the applicant's condition and procedural circumstances -The use of cannabis is legal. MILITARY: -Homosexuality is allowed in the military. -A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies. -The nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare unless another nation uses them first. ENVIRONMENT: -Only licensed people may hunt endangered animals. -Only zoos or zoological institutions are allowed to keep exotic animals. -Forests are protected. Logging is allowed by licence only. -The official government position is that climate change is a problem. However we have to balance environmental protection with economic interests. -The government maintains a list of dangerous wild animals which may not be kept as pets; other wild animals may be kept as pets. FOREIGN POLICY AND IMMIGRATION: -The government gives moderate aid to countries in need. -All refugees are welcome, regardless of their reason, and given aid in integrating them into the country. INFRASTRUCTURE: The decision on renewable energy sources is left up to local governments. RELIGION: -Teacher-led prayers in schools are forbidden, except in religious schools. |
