Message | Mr Speaker, I think I can speak on behalf of His Majesty's Government confidently when I am saying the following, why? Look, our representatives are doing a wonderful work at developing our country and serving its citizens. The parliamentary work done by many Members of the Imperial Diet or Members of the Imperial Senate shows our testament towards developing a stable, democratic and prosperous Luthori for our constituents and the future generations. So, why does that new party calls on reducing the salary of our representatived, when the work that they have shown is remarkable. Thanks to our representatives, our GDP have risen from a pitful level to 3.9 trillions today. The 4th greatest economy in the planet. Thanks to them, our military is stronger than ever, and the Diet will be once again call to express itself on military expansion of both the Imperial Army, the Imperial Navy and the Imperial Air Force. Finally, why should we change the term from 5 to 4 years. The job of a government is about constitency, and if we are changing leaders every 2 minutes, it wouldn't help for a country member of the 8E and one of the great powers of this world. His Majesty's Government will be voting against this bill, as per the instructions of the Whip for the Tory Party. I yield. The Rt' Hon, Everett Derby, Prime Minister Member of the Imperial Senate for the Dukedom of Derby. Duke of Derby. |
