Recognising that without goverment control over firearms, leathal weaponry can fall into hands of dangerous individuals, let it be resolved that from henceforth all firearms in The Democratic Republic of Ikradon must be licensed, and that potentially dangerous people, such as convicted criminals, can be denied the license to carry firearms. |

Current: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
