| Recognizing that this great nation allows full consumption of alcohol, euthanasia, and other matters of civil rights over peoples protection, we must ask for Medicinal Marijuana to be legalized for those who opt for it. This is not a matter of local government, but of human right of choice. |

| Message | Yes as long as its not horrendously damaging and wide-open for abuse by the public (and especially teenagers) of Beluzia who will be able to obtain it more easily. The few people who suffer from MS etc. are not the main concern (they may actually have a need for cannabis) the issue is how readily available and socially acceptable it is. |
