The recommendation herein is to establish a "routine checkup" under government regulation to ensure a secure environment for the adoptees.. |

| Message | Currently adoption request are "only" checked for previous history of child abuse, but is that in itself enough to determine a "loving home" as you say? I for one find the need to protect and defend children worthy of just a bit more study of prospective parents. Our country will be safer and more prosperous in the future because of it. |
