Message | Marriage shall be defined as the civil union between two or more human persons of legal age with regards to the age of consent of indivdual jurisdictions The government shall have no power to regulate the marriage of any persons, in any circumstances, except for those stated as the following: This definition prohbits the wedding of any human person to an/a individual(s)outside of the human race Or to an/a individual(s) who lack(s) the mental capacity to understand and take responsibility of such a decision; as in marriages to persons in a state of comatose prior to marriage proceedings or in circumstances where it is clear that one individual's mental capacity, maturity level, and/or emotional capacity is beyond the other's, where there is probable cause to believe future situations may occur in which one person(s) may be sexually, emotionally, domestically, or verbally abused and/or manipulated resulting in the deterioration of their/one's finances, health, quality of life of offspring The government or any other body shall not have the right to regulate the marriage on the basis of gender, sexuality, religion, political affiliation, nationality, or race The government shall be prohibited from basing taxation and/or taxing on the basis of an individual's marital status The government shall provide no financial incentive to those who are of a prefered marital status The government shall not have the right to document, record, hold, or withhold any documents or information regarding the marriage of any persons Marriage shall be recognized and proclaimed under one's religion or by a Justice of the Peace |
