Lessens the appropriations available for funding international relief efforts; 2. Redistributes these funds to national health and welfare programs. |

Message | Then the CPI would be sorely mistaken. Our health and welfare services suffer at the hands of attempting to fix the problems of others. There is no reason that Ikradon cannot be a force for great social justice in the world with a more targeted program to address specific problem areas around the globe without having to break the budget of public services. |
