Message	I suggest creating an odd number of seats (for instance, 199) to stop sutiation (such as the current one) where opinions can be divided exactly equally. Otherwise I'd say 200-ish is fine for the time being. We can always add more later on.

Message	Oh yeah, good idea. I'd say maybe 265? That's a pretty nice-looking number. For a population of 70 million that's pretty small though, realistically speaking, if Canada's HOC (308 with 30 million) is anything to go by. And we might not always be in a position to pass Constitutional amendments, so we might as well fix it good while we can.

Message	Our present population divided by 200,000 yields the number 355, which the PEP feels would be best if we wish to scale representation to a number around 365. If we'd like to move to a larger number, our population divided by 175,000 would be 406.
