| Message | I disagree with Articles 6 and 8. The government was maintain tight control of recreational drugs and smoking. Do we want to corrupt our citizens, to get them addicted to these things? In addition, things like second-hand smoke cause problems for others. Non-smoking sections don't work because they are often very small. If a provision like that were formed, it should instead be worded as "service/employer property owners may provide a separate smoking section." |
