Party founded in September 4749 by Christine Caron and Jérome Favre. Party Chairman: Augustine Voclain (4749-) Political position: Centre-right (9Axes - https://bit.ly/2WL1jWS) The Parti Libéral Fédéraliste is strongly associated with liberal economic values where ideas come from our belief in capitalism and free markets. Socially, the PLF aim for a small, but including welfare state where we protect our citizens in need. People should be able to take care of themselves, but when they can't, we are here to help them. The PLF strives for a small, but strong government. A government working from our capital of Atyr, where legislation is passed to give the city and region officials guidelines on how to protect our citizens. Currently in a political alliance, and bipartisan government, with Parti Populaire Unifié (PPU). Candidates for President: None, supporting Manuel Valls of the PPU (4752-4757) Christine Caron (4757-) (Candidate) Prime Ministers: Jérôme Favre (4752-4757) Katrine Leblanc (4757-) (Candidate) Timeline: 4749 - Party created 4752 - The PLF:s first election. The PLF wins 381 of 525 seats and the seat of Prime Minister. A new cabinet is formed consisting of the PLF and Parti Populaire Unifié (PPU). 4757 - Second election. The PLF wins 198 seats and loses their majority. The coalition with the PPU stands, but the PPU gets the majority of the cabinet ministers. 4762 - The PLF wins 253 seats and get one more minister in the cabinet consisting of both the PLF and the PPU. |
