The Rutanian People's Party is soley in place to represent the people of Rutania's best interest. Party Leadership: 1. Travis B. Nailings (3216-3220) The first party leader, former Member of Parliment, Travis Byron Nailings was a young man with a great vison for the future of Rutania. Lead the Rutanian People's Party into its first election. Nailings did not fair to well in the Presidental vote collecting only 15% of the votes but other members of the party did collecting 82 seats, collecting the most votes in the province of Ardinia. 2. *Fletcher G. Brown (3220-3223) In 3220, party leader Travis B. Nailings stepped down as party leader handing over the reigns to Fletcher Gerald Brown, of Port Nelson, Ardinia. Brown in his first election year collected a huge amount of support from the people of Rutania. After the Democratic Socialist Front's call for early elections was passed in late 3222, President Brown was re-elected to extend his term to the year 3226. In May 3223 the RPP called a urgent meeting, during the course of the meeting a vote was held and Fletcher Brown was removed as Party Chairman. It was determined he had abused his power as party chairman. While being removed as Chairman, members of the RPP decided that they would still support Fletcher Brown for President of Rutania. 3. Jason T. Tettleton (3223-Present) After Fletcher Brown's dismissal as Chairman, the RPP voted Jason Tettleton as Party Chairman. * = served as President of Rutania Presidents of Rutania Fletcher G. Brown (3221-3230*) * = Once term expires will not seek re-election. |
