Description[?]:
The PAP is a progressive, left-leaning party dedicated to the ideology of libertarian socialism. We aim for de-centralizaiton of executive and legislative power in order to make authority directly accountable to the people it affects. Nationally, we agree with a federal network of local authorities to co-ordinate issues that affect the whole country. We aim for grassroots democracy where the power of decision lays in the hands of the people involved with the issues at hand - both in industry and communities. We aim for the de-centralization of industry in order to utilise local advantages fully. We aim for liberty, freedom and egalitarianism believing that a real meritocracy requires a level starting base in order for social justice to be achieved. We are concerned with the ecological degradation of the planet and aim for the controlling of pollution whilst not sacrificing economic stability. Internationally we aim for utilising the UN to its full potential and cancelling all third world debt as well as not encouraging or funding dirty development in the Third World. Socially we aim for a liberal and tolerant society where no-one is degraded or discriminated against. Economically we believe that workplaces should be in the hands of the people who work there. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
