Nation[?]: Commonwealth of Lodamun (Lodamun)
Seats[?] in National Congress[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
Founded in December 2416 The Communist Party of Lodamun (CPL) was founded by radical members of the URP, which wished for a centralized communist republic to replace the monarchy. The party criticizes what was the Five Nations of Lodamun as being too federalist, while now it criticizes the monarchy as holding power from the people. Though there are several differences between the two parties, the CPL is willing to negotiate a coalition with the URP to achieve one mutual interest: The destruction of the monarchy in exchange for a democratic republic. The CPL's military wing, the 'Red Coats', currently number only in the hundreds and are considerably ill trained, but this is expected to change after the 2420 legislative elections. Party Chairman: Tyler N. Lucas Paty Vice-Chairman: Aaron L. Mahmood Candidate for Prime Minister: Tyler N. Lucas Chairman of Legislative Delegation: Sebastian H. Sykes Party views: - Centralization: The CPL supports a centralized Lodamun. The CPL believes that only the central government should handle laws, while giving them to the local governments will just endanger civil rights - Military: The CPL believes believes in a strong military for defense. The CPL advocates the making of weapons of mass destruction to defend Lodamun. The CPL also believes that young men should be drafted, as it gives them an independent spirit. Party Anthem: The Internationale First stanza: Arise, ye workers from your slumber, Arise, ye prisoners of want. For reason in revolt now thunders, and at last ends the age of cant! Away with all your superstitions, Servile masses, arise, arise! We'll change henceforth the old tradition, And spurn the dust to win the prize! Chorus: So comrades, come rally, And the last fight let us face. The Internationale, Unites the human race. So comrades, come rally, And the last fight let us face. The Internationale, Unites the human race. Second stanza: No more deluded by reaction, On tyrants only we'll make war! The soldiers too will take strike action, They'll break ranks and fight no more! And if those cannibals keep trying, To sacrifice us to their pride, They soon shall hear the bullets flying, We'll shoot the generals on our own side. Chorus: So comrades, come rally, And the last fight let us face. The Internationale, Unites the human race. So comrades, come rally, And the last fight let us face. The Internationale, Unites the human race. Third stanza : No saviour from on high delivers, No faith have we in prince or peer. Our own right hand the chains must shiver, Chains of hatred, greed and fear. E'er the thieves will out with their booty, And to all give a happier lot. Each at his forge must do their duty, And we'll strike the iron while it's hot. Chorus: So comrades, come rally, And the last fight let us face. The Internationale, Unites the human race. So comrades, come rally, And the last fight let us face. The Internationale, Unites the human race. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
