| JALAL AL-E-AHMAD Is the founder and guide of the Red Vanguard Dominion. THE RED VANGUARD Have ruled Al'Badara for over 100 years, revolutionizing the dual-island nation from a 3rd world privatized oil kingdom to a highly centralized communist economic superpower.
