Description[?]:
The Alliance consists of 3 seperate parties, working in conjunction: Alliance of Pontesian Majatrans (APM) Christian Freedom Movement (CFM) Solidarity Movement of Pontesian Jews (SMPJ) Alliance of Pontesian Majatrans على اسم الله في معظم الكريمة معظم رحماء The APM is the Political wing of the حُرِّيَّة Hurriyya (translating to "Freedom of expression) movement, a popular ideology within the Majatran population of Pontesi, emphasizing the heritage of the Majatran minority in Pontesi. The APM was formed in the mid 2600's to represent the 50 million Majatrans within Pontesi, most of whom are Islamic. The organization is noted for its strong links with the Judaic parties of Beiteynu; a reflection of the close links with the Majatran community there. The party opposes the imperialistic actions of Pontesi, which they see as an attempt to subdue the Jewish peoples of Beiteynu and incite religious violence within Pontesi. Believing that the leading parties of Pontesi are attempting to turn the nation into a Christian nation, the largely Islamic Majatran peoples banded together into a political party. Other policies include an aversion to the military of Pontesi, a desire to improve relations with Beiteynu, end occupation of Beiteynu territory, keep Pontesi politically and economically decentralized (as a measure to protect their minority from government abuse), and forward a conservative social agenda in line with the beliefs of Islam. Christian Freedom Movement The CFM is an association of liberal Christians. Operating in conjunction with the APM, the organization seeks to end the official establishment of the Terran Catholic church, and also to protect the wider society from vice. Most new members of the Alliance come from the CFM, the fastest growing party of the Alliance. Solidarity Movement of Pontesian Jews The SMPJ is the only political party in Pontesi representing the Jewish minority. Long oppressed within Pontesi itself, the organization also has attempted to raise support for better relations with the regieme in Beiteynu. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
