Believe in Republic of Beluzia Center party parliamentary Election Manifesto Name: Center party Real name: Coalizione di centro-destra Founded: 4453 Political Position: Center MISSION STATEMENT Center party will pursue a conservative progressive policy based on Christian cultural values, constitutional government and democracy to promote personal freedom and social responsibility, co-determination and ownership rights, and a binding commitment to national and international cooperation” Why we belive: We believe in Republic of Beluzia because we believe in everyone who lives here. We believe in individuals, families, local communities and in individual initiatives in business and industry and in the voluntary sector. We believe that our communal spirit is strengthened when it bears the stamp of freedom and responsibility, and when as many decisions as possible are taken at the local level. We believe that drive and creative ability strengthen the community. We believe in Republic of Beluzia because our country offers great opportunities that we can exploit together. Election Manifesto for 4456–4459 Main goals: Go in surplus on bugdet at the end of parlament time Get more money to transport Alternatives: The professional retirement age. 67 Administrative - The number of proposals a party can introduce per year (will be handed out as a monthly quota). 6 - The maximum proposal quota a party can accumulate. 8 - Multiple citizenship is allowed, but must be registered. Military The nation shall never develop, purchase or store biological or chemical weaponry. Conscientious objectors can be exempted from combatant roles, but not from non-combatant roles. The use of land mines is prohibited. Health Abortion is allowed during the first trimester. The government only funds abortions for medical emergencies. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from licensed sales outlets, and can only be available to adults. The government does not fund sports clubs; only private ones are allowed. The sale of tobacco products is prohibited. Economics The government operates a central bank and all other banks are private. Tax percentage of the profit made by corporations 32 Cryptocurrency is legal and regulated, the state will issue it's own cryptocurrency. Energy is provided by nationalised companies. Sales tax on essential goods such as food and non-luxury clothing 10 Only professionals may run licensed fireworks shows, fireworks are illegal to the general public. The government does not intervene in the market nor provide any form of subsidies/relief to industries. Sales tax on luxury goods. 15 Justice The death penalty is not applied, except for terrorism, treason and crimes against mankind. DNA from persons accused or convicted for a crime is recorded. Dueling is illegal. Suspects can only be tortured under grave emergencies where the information is vital. Education Private educational institutions receive no government funding whatsoever. Schools have an obligation to give sexual education at some point in puberty. Media The government maintains strict age limitation laws that require proof of age before sales of video games may be made. All radio stations are private. All television media are private. Culture The government never subsidises art, but may commission artworks for its own use. Science All stem cell research is illegal. Technology The state owns and operates a national internet service provider, alongside private ISPs. Ecology Private cars are allowed, but people are encouraged to travel collective and tax incentives are provided for cars using environmentally friendly fuels. The government enforces highly restrictive industrial pollution standards. The government is responsible for waste disposal. Agriculture Agricultural crops which are considered beneficial to the enviroment or to the continued ecological safety of the state are subsidized. Civil liberties The police may disperse a group if they believe it poses a potential risk to public safety. Bestiality is illegal. The national flag may not be desecrated or used for commercial purposes. Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required. Infrastructure Private and public power stations exist side-by-side. The national grid is fully owned by the state. There is a national highway system constructed and maintained by the national government, and local systems by local governments. Only private post agencies exist, and the services they provide are regulated. Public transport is partially subsidised with the remainder "user-pays". Welfare The state guarantees child benefit to all families. Religion: -Public blasphemy is considered a minor offense -Public officials are not allowed to wear religious symbols while exercising their duties. - There is an official state religion, but membership is completely voluntary. - Teacher-led prayers in schools are forbidden. Ministers of religion shall receive no remuneration whatsoever. - Religious schools are allowed, but are strictly regulated. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools. - Public officials are not allowed to wear religious symbols while exercising their duties.
