The Unjoni għal Moviment Popolari / in Luthorian: Union for a Popular Movement is a big-tent party founded in 5143. Due to the many fractions within the party, it is versatile for voters and should be electable for everyone. The UMP is mostly controlled by Conservatives and Hosian Democratic tendencies. Motto: Cildania above everything, God above everyone! Political Position: Big Tent Factions: Hosian Democrats Ideology: Hosian Democracy, Civic Nationalism Position: right-wing Size: 35% The Hosian Democrats are a right-wing faction of the party, consisting mostly of hosian citizens dissatisfied with too liberal religious and social laws. The party wing promotes traditional values and is in favor of a nationalist forgein and economic policy. Conservatives Ideology: Conservatism, Economic Liberalism Position: Centre-right Size: 25% The Conservatives are a conservative faction of the party. They differ from the hosian democrats by being more liberal on economic issues but less liberal on social issues like the relationship between church and state or international cooperation. Labour-Wing Ideology: Social Democracy, (Moderate) Social Conservatism Position: Centre-left Size: 20% The Labour Wing of the UMP aims to represent the working class of Cildania. Progressivists Ideology: Progressivism, social liberalism Position: Centre Size: 10% This wing of the party is seen as the most moderate wing of the party. The progressive wing promotes less radical economic liberalism and left-wing social policies to distance itself from the Libertarian wing. Libertarians Ideology: Libertarianism, Non-interventionism Position: Centre to Centre-right Size: 5% The Libertarians are one of the smallest wings in the UMP. They are l in favour of an only barely regulated economy as well as for personal freedom and a secular state. Fascists Ideology: Fascism, Militarism Position: Far-right Size: 5% The most right-wing of the 'mainstream' factions within the party are the Fascists who tend to be very critical towards the some of the left proposals of the left-wing factions and prioritize authoritarian policies.
