| This treaty and set of standards, officially known as the Dolgavian Diplomatic Affairs Protocol, hereby known as the treaty, is a legally binding treaty. The treaty is hereby created to enhance matters of security and cooperation among Dolgavia and her allies throughout the world. Article I - Signatories of this treaty shall permit other signatories to establish an embassy and appoint an ambassador to each signatory nation; Article II - Signatories of this treaty shall permit other signatories to establish a consulate and appoint a consular official in the city where the nation has the largest minority population; Article III - Signatories of this treaty shall do whatever possible to protect and ensure that diplomatic officials are protected and if they cannot meet the protection expectations they are to inform the signatory member's government and signatory embassy of impending danger or potential danger; Article III - Signatories of this treaty shall commit to attempt to resolve issues through diplomacy and political discussion. As a signatory of this treaty, I hereby agree to adhere to the articles outlined above and the common principles of international law and diplomatic cooperation, (SIGNATURE WOULD GO HERE) |
