| ππππππππ The Trudeauist Republic of Rildanor and the Senate and People of Selucia, in the spirit of amity and motivated by their shared values of democracy, republicanism, and popular sovereignty, Reaffirming their mutual respect; Committed to strengthening these ties; Concerned with the rise of monarchist imperialism; Have agreed as follows: πππππππ π. π πππππππππ πππ ππππππππ πππππππππππππ ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π The two parties declare their perpetual and unconditional friendship. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π ππ The two parties recognize each otherβs sovereignty and territorial integrity. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π πππ Neither party shall take any actions which prejudice the interests and rights of the other party. πππππππ π. ππππππππ πππ ππππππππ ππ πππππππππππ ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π The parties shall commit to collaborate on academic, cultural, and scientific matters. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π ππ The parties shall share scientific knowledge with no restriction, except for information that either party may regard as prejudicial to its national interests. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π πππ The parties shall encourage cultural and educational exchange and shall sponsor the study of each otherβs national language. πππππππ π. ππππππππ πππ ππππππππππ πππππππππππ ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π The parties shall establish a mutual defense pact which shall take effect if either party is subject to aggression by any third party. Should either party find itself subject to aggressive action, the other party is required to offer its full assistance. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π ππ The parties shall share military intelligence and engage in joint training exercises to deter foreign aggression. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π πππ The parties shall support each other diplomatically and shall collaborate, to the extent of their ability, on the international stage, including in the World Congress. πππππππ π. πππππππππππ πππ ππππππππππ ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π Either party may voluntarily leave this treaty. The party that does so is required to inform the other party in advance, so a new treaty may be negotiated. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π ππ Should either party voluntarily adopt a monarchic system of government, the mutual defense clause of this treaty shall be null and void. The other provisions of the treaty shall remain in effect. |
