| This Treaty and its set of Provisos, officially known as the Koadrodunbanderan Accords, was created to promote the national security of the countries of Seleya and Artenia, especially that of Kundrati, Valruzia, Likatonia, Tukarali and other nations as this treaty may provide. Drafted by: - Government of the Kundrati Union, Hulanevek Administration, http://classic.particracy.net/viewnation.php?nationid=7 Sponsored by: - Government of Likatonia - Government of Tukarali - Government of Valruzia - Government of Beiteynu, under advisement and for whom provided this treaty outline By ratification, signatory nations agree to adhere and abide by the Provisos defined under the following Sections and Subsections: ----------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------ 1. Economic ----------------------------------------------------------------- On Economic Contributions and the Koadrodunbandera Economic Investment Fund: --------------------- 1.01. Provisos of Establishment 1.01.1. Contribution AGREE to contribute .5% of the funding budget of the member states' Ministries of Foreign Affairs towards the Koadrodunbandera Economic Investment Fund (KEIF). 1.01.2. Agriculture & Logistical Areas UNDERSTAND that the KEIF will be organizing investments towards member states' agriculture and logistical areas. 1.01.3. International Climate Change UNDERSTAND that the KEIF will be organizing development with respect to international climate change development in mind 1.01.4. SADIC RECOGNISE that the KEIF shall exist only for these purposes and shall be headed by a representative elected by the member states' in the Seleyan and Artanian Development and Intervention Council (SADIC). ---------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------ 2. Defence ---------------------------------------------------------------- On Military and Defense Contributions and the Intervention Council: --------------------- 2.01. Provisos of Establishment 2.01.1. Contribution AGREE to contribute 1% of the defense budget towards the Intervention Council and provide equipment and at least 150 active soldiers to the SADIC Intervention Force. 2.01.2. Involvement of the SADIC UNDERSTAND that the SADIC Intervention Force (SADICIF) shall be involved in humanitarian and defense missions that take place only in the member states' and in countries and territories whom SADIC has attained permission to do so. 2.01.3. Active Force RECOGNISE that the SADICIF shall also compose a reserve component of the member states' defense forces which shall become active when a member state is attacked and shall be controlled by the Intervention Council. --------------------- 2.02. Provisos of the Intervention Council 2.02.1. Jurisdiction UNDERSTAND that the Intervention Council shall be composed of the defense ministers of the member states and the head of governments of member states - The IC shall be tasked with: 2.02.2. Command UNDERSTAND that the IC will be organizing defense plans in case of attack. 2.02.3. Guidance UNDERSTAND that the IC will be providing guidance to soldiers in the SADICIF in active duty. 2.02.4. Standards of Conduct UNDERSTAND that the IC will be ensuring standards are met pertaining to international rules of war. -------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------ 3. SADIC -------------------------------------------------------------- On the Seleyan and Artanian Development and Intervention Council: --------------------- 3.01. Provisos of Establishment 3.01.1. Participation UNDERSTAND that members of the SADIC shall comprise of member states' head of states and at least 5 members of member states' legislative bodies 3.01.2. Protection RECOGNISE that the SADIC shall be tasked with ensuring member states are protected economically and militarily 3.01.3. Jurisdiction RECOGNISE that the SADIC shall overrule actions taken by SADICIF and the KEIF either by request of a member state or by request of a majority of SADIC members. 3.01.4. Contribution AGREE to contribute .2% of the funding budget of the member states' Ministries of Foreign Affairs for this task. |
