| Istalia and Kanjor, hereby refered as the signatory nations, conscious of the strategic role of uranium for energetic and scientific needs and development of today world, aware of the mutual benefits that the trade of such a resource can generate in both the signatory nations, also aware of the risks and the dangers as well as the geopolitical implications related to the extraction, enrichment, trade and use of uranium, the signatory nations agree to sign this partnership to establish a trade deal and a cooperation on the industrial processeing of uranium. 1) The signatory nations agree to coordinate efforts for the costant tracking of the uranium and its derivative products from the mines to the final destinations. 2) The signatory nations agree to develop and adopt common quality and safety starndards for the extracted uranium mineral, its transport, processing and exploitation and coordinated security measures for transport and exploitation of uranium and derivative products. 3) The signatory nations agree to establish a scientific and industrial cooperation on the operations of enrichment of the uranium for its exploitation. 4) The signatory nations agree to share between them their scientific kwnoledge related to uranium and its technological applications. 5) The signatory nations agree to promote the coordination between their public and private entities involved into the uranium extraction, processing and exploitation. 6) The signatory nations agree to consult and coordinate each other about the involvement of third nations in the trade, processing and exploitation of uranium. 7) The signatory nations agree to cooperate with recognized international organization aimed to the supervision, monitoring and investigation on the use of nuclear energy and the promotion of scientific cooperation and development of common safety standards. 8) The signatory nations agree that this partnership will be valid for 99 years starting from the date both nations have ratified the treaty. 9) The signatory nations agree to give 1 year notice to the other nation in case it wishes withdrawing from this partnership. |
