Message | We believe that land mines should be used for defensive reasons and should only be placed in strategical areas. Land mines are effective in disrupting reinforcements from enemy forces. The Rutanian government has no plans to lay mines at this point since we are not at war, but we should not prohibit the use of the strategically placed mines. -Admiral Harvey Mai, war advisor to the RKMT. |
