Preamble: An Act to make provision for the separation and clarification of powers invested in each the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary of the nation of Solentia.

Article 1: On the scope of the Act
a. This Act shall be passed if 2/3rds of the sitting legislature of the land vote in favour of its formal adoption.
b.This Act shall be binding and shall only be revoked if 2/3rds of the sitting legislature of the land vote in favour of a bill specifically designed to remove it.
c. This Act shall be enforced irrespective of any cosmetic name changes to any of the three constituent parts in Articles 2-4.

Article 2: On the Executive
a. That the Supreme Presidential Powers Clarification Act 2786 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=257919) be reaffirmed by the legislature of the land as legal, valid and binding.
b. That the Supreme Presidential Powers Clarification Act 2786 be amended; to strike Article 1 and replace with the following text;

"Article 1 ~ The Supreme President of the Federal Republic of Solentia, and all Heads of State irrespective of any cosmetic changes to the name of that office, is recognised at the supreme source of Executive authority in the realm and as the seniormost official responsible for the actions of the Government of the day, the administration and Cabinet of State."

Article 3: On the Legislature
a. That the legislature of the nation be recognised as the sole origin of legislative authority in the nation.
b. That the legislature of the nation is sovereign and that a 2/3rds majority of any vote in the legislature is sufficient to overturn any law.

Article 4: On the Judiciary
a. That the Steamlining of Government Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=338915) be revoked in its entirety.
b. That SR009: Supreme Court of Solentia Act 2923 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=292015) be reinstated and reaffirmed by the legislature of the land as legal, valid and binding.
c. That SR009: Supreme Court of Solentia Act 2923 be amended; To strike Article 3 and replace with the following text;

"Article 3). The initial composition of the Supreme Court shall be 1 Justice from each of the oldest 6 parties, and 1 Justices who shall be chosen by the Head of State of Solentia upon enactment of this Act.
(A3, A) -------------- The tenures of the initial composition of the Supreme Court shall be determined by party age. The Justices from the Unionists, Democratic Party of Solentia (DEMS) and Solentian Communist-Nationalist (SCNU) shall be replaced in 21 years from the enactment of this Act, the Justices from the Traditional Republican Party (TRP), Anarchist Party of Solentia (APS) and Federal Green Party (FGP) shall be replaced in 17 years and the final appointed Justice selected by the Head of State shall serve a 14 year term. The Justice initially selected by the Head of State shall be the first Chief Justice of the restored Supreme Court."

Article 5: On local Governance
a. That the Local Governance Act 3290 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=344432) be reaffirmed by the legislature of the land as legal, valid and binding.
b. That the Local Governance Act 3290 be amended to add the following text;

"Article 8: This bill shall be enforced irrespective of any cosmetic changes to the name of the states, or otherwise named sub-national units of government."

Article 6: On Enforcement
a. That this Act shall be enforced by both the political apparatus of the nation (ooc: players) and by the Mediating Organisation for Democratic Security (ooc: MODS, moderation team).
b. That breaches of the Act shall be considered a criminal offence and be punishable by imprisonment.

There is no need to reaffirm anything as legal and binding if it isn't already apparently so.The Senate has already voiced its opinion in one impeachment proceeding.
